Unipass Drill'N'Tap Combo Tool
This efficient combo tool drills and taps in one operation. Self-centering with a wide flute that carries the chips out the holes. UNC (Unified National Coarse) and UNF (Unified National Fine) thread taps are designed with the proper drill diameter for the size.

The drilling must be complete before the tap engages for the successful application of this tool. Only through holes are recommended optimum setup will drill at the prescribed feed then adjust to the tapping speed. One pass completes drilling and tapping with alignment controlled and cycle time greatly reduced.
