Winner’s Circle Achievers Meeting

Regal Cutting Tools utilizes Manufacturer Representatives to provide technical expertise and customer support at the local level. The Manufacturer Rep is an important and vital part of the distributor experience and we value and appreciate the services that they provide.

The Manufacturer Representative also becomes the eyes and ears at the local level to provide valuable input on growth opportunities, new product expansion, competitive activities, best practices and to participation in strategies that can drive profitable sales growth for both the distributor and Regal Cutting Tools.

In 2014, Regal implemented a sales incentive program for the Manufacture Reps to earn their way to the Winner’s Circle Achievers meeting.  Each Manufacturer Representative received a sales goal to achieve that would earn membership in this elite group of achievers.  The objective is twofold:

  • Provide an incentive trip for sales goal achievement
  • Have roundtable discussions with the elite group of Achievers in a relaxed environment to learn and continually implement best practices for continued goal achievement.

The first Winner’s Circle Achievers meeting was held from April 13 – 16th, 2015 in Key West, Florida at the Southernmost House Bed & Breakfast.  These four days and three nights were enjoyed by all with scheduled roundtable meetings on a wide range of topics.  Based on the success of the initial Winner’s Circle Achievers meeting and the invaluable feedback received, it was an easy decision that this program will be continued, as the Achievers meeting is already being planned for 2016.

The Manufacturer Representatives play a vital role in the total distributor’s experience and we are pleased to reward outstanding performance with this new recognition.
