Distributor Ordering Made Easy

We have recently upgraded our servers and installed faster fiber-optic lines to make site navigation and ordering even faster and easier. Both end user customers and distributors can use our site to:

  • find the products their looking for
  • identify available inventory in real time
  • send orders to their favorite distributor (who can send their order directly to our distribution center)

Distributors can even check stock, place standard product orders and receive an incentive discount twenty-four hours a day and seven days a week. Distributors can also use our Quick Cart feature for repetitive multi-item orders allowing for fast entry, inventory validation and immediate shipping. We’ve added a feature where a distributor can search the status of any order placed regardless of the method used, whether its by phone, email, fax or web and access the tracking number of recent shipments. Note: Regal can accommodate orders for same day shipment of taps and end mills directly to distributor’s customers when ordered by 5:00 PM Central Time.
